APRIL 14TH : CNS

A MEDICAL EMERGENCY CAUSED THE FUZZ MOTORPSORTS TEAM TO POSTPONE THE FIRST RACE OF THE SEASON UNTIL APRIL 28 AT CNS, SEE  YA THERE!

                                                         APRIL 28TH : CNS

 The day was warm and sunny, temps in the low 80's.  The track was hot and slick just the way it ought to be.  the Fuzz Motorpsorts Team missed the first practice due to a softball practice, but during the other two practices Ty had the car setup well. For those of you new to this Ty's the crew chief, the one that keeps the team running.

Tim qualified the car at 19.491 not to bad considering that the tires on the car were from last year.  Tim started in fourth place in the second b-main and finished 5th.

The 5th place in the b-main started Tim in the 16th place in the A-main after some hard driving and so slipping around Tim finished in 12th place, with the car in one piece. Next race May 12th CNS .

MAY 12 : CNS

The race day started out very nice, warm weather and very few clouds,  but that didnt stop the Fuzz Motorsports Team from having problems.  First it was a broken brake line that set the team back then a broken ignition wire caused a frustrating b-main.

Tim qualified at a 19.916, which worked out to be 20th out of 27 cars.  The track seemed slow but Tim and the car was slower that usual.  Tim started outside row 5 in the first b-main, at the drop of the green flag Tim was moving forward then the gremlins came.  A broken ignition wire caused the car to keep cutting out, so Tim had to bring the car to the pits.  Tim finished 13th.

TIm started the A-main in the 23rd position, racing hard all night for 25 laps.  Tim finished in 20th position.  Next race May 27th see ya there !

        MAY 28: CNS

A Warm and sunny day, which made the race track very slick, Tim qualified at 19.795, not real stellar but it was 17th out 26 cars.

The b-main found Tim in the 9th starting position and at the finish Tim finished 7th.

Tim started in fourth position in the A-main but soon found himself in the tenth postion.  With just 10 laps to go Tim made some driving errors and fell back to 17th place where he remained to the end.  Next race July 7th at I25 speedway in Pueblo, see ya there !
